When that inevitable hard drive problem occurs you are not alone.

EEZY Disaster Recovery services can scan, check and recover your important files to hard drive as a first and critical step to getting your important files and images back.

If your hard drive is beyond repair EEZY can replace your harddrive and re-install your operating system ready for you to install your applications. Your recovered data wil be placed in a directory from where you can copy the data back into your preferred folders.

The Steps:

1. Contact EEZY and give us your Computer model details and operating system e.g. Windows XP or Vista.

2. Post your hard drive or laptop to EEZY by recorded delivery with the deposit cheque and your email address or telephone number.

3. EEZY will contact you, usually the day the equipment arrives, and give you an initial report that is Hard drive faulty or Software error.

4. EEZY will appoint an engineer to scan and assess whether your data can be retreived and confirm the estimated time and costs.

5. After you approve the estimate EEZY will start recovery and will contact you upon completion, usually 3-5 woking days.

6. EEZY will perform the required laptop repairs or place your data on a DVD as agreed with you and return your equipment following receipt of your cheque for the work carried out.

We charge less than 10 pounds per scanned Gigabyte + a maximum of 5p per recovered data file (See scales below), and recovery is often less than this (dependant on seriousness of the file table corruption).  We would normally expect to recover between 90 and 95% of data files to DVD within 5-10 working days using our state of the art recovery processes.
We do not charge for (or recover) operating system or program files, only your data files.
