EEZY Business Services may be referred to variously as its associated business, EEZY Payroll, EEZY Accounting, EEZY Web Services, EEZY Management or EEZY Consulting to clarify which area of our business you are concerned with.

These policies apply to all businesses associated to EEZY.

EEZY have developed and will continue to develop its policy towards data protection to meet all known legal, moral and business responsibilities in order to protect your personal privacy.

EEZY does, by the nature of its business, need to collect and maintain personal information such as names and addresses about its users during registration and during the operation of its services to its clients. This data is only used in preparing reports, completing forms on behalf of the client and for maintaining email, fax, telephone and postal mail contact with the client.  Where required, information may also be sent to the Inland Revenue and 3rd parties where previously agreed and authorised.  This data is kept at a minimum and does not knowingly breach the requirements of the Data Protection Act. You may request removal of this data at any time, by requesting in writing, stating your original access code, but consideration should be given as to whether EEZY can still supply you with your services.

EEZY stores cookies on the client’s machine to facilitate identification and simplify the login process. The client’s password is never stored in the cookie and therefore is required to be entered each time the site is revisited. Cookies are text files stored in a special directory on the users computer. These files cannot be run as a program and cannot contain viruses.  If you do not have cookies enabled you will not be able to use our services.

Data is collected anonymously from your visit and may be used to improve the services of EEZY. This data is neither sold nor given freely to anyone outside of the EEZY business.

Security

EEZY uses a secure server for all data and pages containing personal or business information about the client or anyone associated with the client that data is required to be held on the EEZY server.

The EEZY secure server encrypts data using high security 128 bit ciphering.  Where additional security is required a P2P tunnel may be created dependant upon the security policy of the customer.  You will be required to register for this service.  SHould EEZY or the client deem this as a necessary requirement, all costs will be borne by the client.

All data held on EEZY secure servers is secured against loss, misuse, unauthorised use, alteration and inadvertent destruction. No information will be disclosed to third parties except as agreed with the client or as required by law. By way of the business certain information may be disclosed to the clients bank, its employees and its suppliers.  Where required information may also be sent to the Inland Revenue and 3rd parties where previously agreed and authorised.  The details of these will be agreed prior to being disclosed.

Notwithstanding the above, EEZY are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of third parties.
